The End Of Tight Hips (Video Follow-Along)

In this excellent follow along video, you’ll need some space and a self-massage tool.
I’m using a rubber ball in the video but you can use a foam roller or the equivalent. Please don’t use a golf ball as that will probably be too intense.
Be prepared to hang out with me for about 30 minutes as we go through this helpful routine.
The first phase is self massage. The second phase is mobility. And the final phase is stretching.
Please follow the phases in order … do not skip straight to phase three 🙂 It’s important to assess and address all of the opportunities to discover dysfunction and imbalance in your muscles and soft tissue.
If you don’t have 30 minutes, you can break this session into separate segments to be practiced throughout your day.
Just remember to go in order 🙂
Make a commitment to practice this routine every day for the next 12 weeks because that’s how long it takes to make permanent positive change.
