6 Deep Stretches for Your Spine

This incredible message has resonated with me for over 15 years.
I believe its the catalyst that’s kept me pain-free and mobile for nearly 20 years … despite a long grocery list of injuries. And that’s good news for you because I’ve spent a lot of valuable time researching worthy techniques to improve precious mobility, increase invaluable strength, and become significantly injury-resistant.
IMHO … I’ve got a pretty good idea of what works … and what doesn’t.
That’s why I’m happy to share with you some magnificent stretches I picked up from a book called, The Permanent Pain Cure, by Ming Chew. **I’m not an agent of nor am I affiliated with Mr. Chew or his organization.**
However, I think his book is great and I believe it contains a legion of great tips for pain relief and strength acquisition. I believe it’s worth a read and to keep on hand for reference.
Are you ready to get started? Grab your yoga mat and warm-up with some simple movements … maybe a sun salute or two … anything to get your body temperature slightly raised and to get your muscles warm.
When you’re ready, follow along with me as we go through several ELDOA-inspired stretches for your entire spine.
1) You don’t have to do them all in one go. In fact, do your best to master each one before you progress to the next.
2) Work your way up to a full minute (60 seconds) as your barometer for progress.
3) Be patient because there are a lot of nuances and instructions. Do your best to integrate as many details as possible in each session.
