Yoga For Runner’s (or walkers or pretty much anyone with tight hamstrings and hips).

These stretches offer you a great release and relief after a good run or walk.

They’re also a fantastic way to maintain your mobility.

Use your breath to stretch and soothe your hamstrings and the sides for your body.

Grab a yoga block (maybe a chair) and follow along!
