Our mission is to help you get the benefits of yoga even if you aren’t flexible.

Our expert instructors follow Winter Garden Yoga’s proven 3-step formula:

 

  • Zero Pain. Pain is not an option. We recommend that you see you doctor (or health care provider). You can begin class when you get the “all clear.” And, unlike other studios, we don’t use pain as a sign of a good yoga class.
  • Do It Safely. You will get greater results and experience yoga in a safe way when you do it right. We watch your alignment, your breathing, and your level of ability.
  • Muscle Tone. Using your muscles means you’ll get toned and burn calories. We focus on movement… not stretching… to get you a greater pay off.

Brian created Winter Garden Yoga in 2010. It was clear that there was a need for every body to get the benefits of yoga. He created a place where you will feel welcome and a place where you can take part in class without judgement.

Unlike other yoga studios, that leave you feeling over-stretched and lost in the crowd… you will leave Winter Garden Yoga feeling stronger, energized, and part of a like-minded community.
